For long I have had an idea for a more complete internet interface. An interface that transcends the standard 2D screen, flat keyboard, and mouse. Someone out there has beaten me to it. I still have some ideas for the cockpit that would give the user the sensation of being suspended in space. The company NAU has polished a promotional video for their "Immersive Cocoon". I must point out that there is no evidence online of a working prototype. I love this idea and can not wait to start building my own "freedom orb" someday!
